Dodgeville – Warren R. "Punk" Carley, age 65, of Dodgeville, passed away peacefully Monday, December 19, 2016.
He was born on July 3, 1951 in Dodgeville, the son of Erving and Phyllis Carley. Punk married the love of his life, Cheri, on May 20, 1989.
You could always count of Punk to be the life of the party. Whether, it was his famous one-liners or him singing and dancing to George Strait. He could always keep you smiling. He loved his family, a good bonfire, and a cold beer. He was also a very passionate about his yard. He spent countless hours making sure everything was trimmed up and in its place.
Punk is survived by his wife, Cheri; three step children Kim Wilkinson (Mickey), Karen (Jeff) Walker, Jesse Rolli (Megan); six grandkids Karlie Alexander, Alix Scullion, Taylor Sokol, Amber Wilkins, Braun and Bruno Rolli; four great grandchildren Mason, Tuker and Lincoln Scullion and Camden Sokol; his brothers Bill, John and Harold; his sisters Rose, Chris and Laura.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
A Celebration of Life will be will be held at a later date in the spring.
The family suggests that memorials be made to Upland Hills Hospice, 800 Compassion Way, Dodgeville, WI 53533.
