Linden – Trudy M. Scott, age 66, of Linden, died unexpectedly on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison.

She was born on July 3, 1956 in Anamosa, Iowa, a daughter of the late Carl and Shirley (Wagner) Zimmerman. She married Joseph Scott on August 16, 1980 at their home. Trudy worked 41 years in healthcare as a CNA, 31 years at the Mineral Point Care Center and the last 10 at Bloomfield Manor until it closed in March of 2022.

Trudy enjoyed camping, trips to the casino, UTV rides with Joe and their dog (Chance) and flowers. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and her family.

Trudy is survived by her husband Joe; her children Tonya Hirsch and Shaun (Jessica) Scott of Dodgeville; her grandchildren Braeden, Parker and Ashlyn; her siblings Carla Rickard, Curtis (Michelle Millard) Zimmerman, Tammi Zimmerman and T.J. Zimmerman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until time of service on Sunday at the funeral home.
