Plain - Tracie Lynn LaDow-Kahl, age 38, of Plain, WI passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at home. She was born March 15, 1986, in Dodgeville, WI to Harold "Bud" LaDow and Brenda Trace Gander.

She married the love of her life Mark Kahl on October 15, 2022 at the Hyde Mill in Ridgeway.

She graduated from Platteville High School. She loved to go camping, farming, family time, cosmetology, machine work. She worked on a farm, at Citgo gas station and a nursing home.

She would brighten up a room when she walked in, she knew how to make everyone smile and would jump in the car and go where her big heart wanted to go. She had a very big heart and would help anyone out.

Tracie is survived by her husband Mark Kahl; her children Olivia and Ethan LaDow; her step-son Brian Kahl all from Plain. Her sister Samantha LaDow and her children Dominic, Michael, and Danielle; her sister Kaylla (Brad Mehall) Orth and her children Bradley, Aaron, and Jayden; her sisters Cheyenne and Montana Auel; Tiffany's children Hailey and Savanah Waterman; Her Brothers, Blain and Levi LaDow; Her parents Harold (Bud) LaDow (Charlotte), Brenda (Bryon) Gander; Her Grandparents Carol (Gene) Potterton. Her in-laws Roger (Marie) Kahl; Mark's sister Deborah (Chad) Schlamp and her children Brady and EJ. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents John (Jack) LaDow, Lorreta Bowers LaDow (Brandt), her sister Tiffany Jean Orth.

A Public Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the RED ROOM in Dodgeville from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Please stop by and share some memories with her family and friends.
