Dodgeville – Ralph P. Wawrzyniak, age 45, of Dodgeville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 16, 2015.

He was born on June 28, 1969 in Dodgeville, a son of the late John A. Wawrzyniak and Judith A. Crook. He got his GED and went on to graduate from Southwest Technical College in 1993 in food service. He worked in various food service jobs before working at Farm & Fleet for 14 years.

Ralph had a great passion for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hiking and hunting and on his very first turkey hunt, shot a record turkey.

Ralph is survived by his aunts, Janis Crook, Sharon Crook and Bernice Balbock (Wawrzyniak), many cousins and his beloved pet dog, Cricket. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
