Dodgeville – Patricia J. "Pat" Sommerfeldt, age 83, of Dodgeville, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Upland Hills Health.

She was born on July 25, 1937 in Dodgeville, a daughter of Walter and Marie (Paull) Leigh. She graduated from Mineral Point High School in 1955. On October 29, 1955, she married Larry Sommerfeldt at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mineral Point.

Pat is survived by her husband Larry; her children Wes (Darla) Sommerfeldt and Mark (Donna) Sommerfeldt; five grandchildren; her sisters Verna Batchelor and Brenda (Terry) Foust; her son-in-law John Jenson; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Monica and her sister Ronda Forseth.

A Public Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 26, 2021 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville. Burial will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery in Mineral Point.
