Homossassa Springs, FL/Madison - Michael Grant Bunbury, passed away on January 24, 2015 at the age of 52 of a massive heart attack. He resided in Florida but was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He attended Edgewood High School. He was the son of Ronald and Virginia Bunbury. Michael had one brother, Brian and two sisters, Debra and Brenda (Jim) Carlson.

In 1983, Michael moved to Florida with his father, mother and brother, Brian and became a part owner and officer in R.J Bunbury Co., Inc.

Michael enjoyed singing and dancing and at times impersonating Elvis Presley. He always remembered the Edgewood Swing Choir, which he was a member of. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to people that needed it. He would help elderly people with their yard work, etc. Michael was a loving and kind person and had many friends. We loved Michael very much and will miss him forever.

In the past few months he enjoyed being on Facebook and it meant so much to him.

Michael is survived by his mother, Virginia; his brother, Brian; his sisters, Debra and Brenda (Jim) Carlson; his aunts and uncles, Bill and Donna Pittz, Blaine and Nancy Bunbury, Ray and Linda Bunbury, Kay Bunbury, John and Colleen Conrad and John Logli and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Ronald and his aunt, Patricia Logli, his grandparents, Ray and Marie Bunbury and Grant and Avis Campbell and his godparents, Ralph and Lorene Duffy.

We know that Michael is at peace and without pain now and with his father, Ronald

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at ST. BRIDGET'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Ridgeway. Father Sanctus Ibe will officiate. Burial will be held in St. Bridget's Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass on Saturday at the church.
