Dodgeville - Mary J. "Maisie" Jones, age 94, of Dodgeville, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville.

She was born on August 2, 1920 in Templemore, Tipperary, Ireland, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Maloney) Grant. She worked as a nurse at Manor Hospital in England, where she met John W. Jones, who was a Military Policeman in World War II. On July 27, 1945, they were married in Coventry, England.

Upon returning to Wisconsin, Maisie worked as a maternity nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital in Dodgeville for many years. She later worked in private home nursing and loved taking care of children.

Maisie is survived by her daughter, Corrine Rolli, of Dodgeville; her daughter-in-law, Nina Jones, of Kenosha; her grandchildren, Shanna Groom (Douglas Gilbertson), Joseph (Jackie) Rolli, Andrea, Michael, Megan and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Erica, Paula, Bryce and Joslynn; her great-great grandchildren, Seth, Delilah and Gabriella; other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her son, Jhon, her grandsons, Aaron Jones and Joshua Rolli.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2015 at the CAMPBELL CHAPEL & MEDITATION CENTER @ BLOOMFIELD HEALTHCARE in Dodgeville. Burial will be held in East Side Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until time of services on Monday at the Campbell Chapel.
