Mineral Point - Mark R. "Fuzzy" Carey, age 57, of Mineral Point, passed away early Thursday morning, January 15, 2015, surrounded by his close family.

Mark was born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin on March 26, 1957 to Robert (Bob) and Janice (Jewell) Carey. He graduated from Mineral Point High School in 1975. He was a long time farmer and cattle dealer, a trade that was passed down by his late father. He was an active member of the Congregation of St. Mary's & St. Paul's.

Mark is survived by his wife Donna, three son's, Shane (Tori), Kyle (Tina) and Keaton (Alex), his step children, Tonna (Terry) Winkers, Tabitha (Larry) Steffes, and Andy (Amanda) Tupper, as well as his 15 ½ grandchildren, mother Janice, brother Scott (Corine) Carey, and 3 sisters, Cindy (Ted) Terrill, Melody (Rick) Tibbits and Robyn Ryser.

Mark enjoyed golfing and fishing and loved spending time with his family; teasing his grandchildren. He was a wonderful husband, father, son and grandfather who will be remembered for his big laugh and great sense of humor!

Private Family Services were held at the Gorgen Funeral Home in Mineral Point. Fr. Monte Robinson officiated. Inurnment was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
