Des Plaines, IL / Mineral Point - Lorene Mae Hollembaek, age 92, of Mineral Point and formerly of Des Plaines, IL passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Crest Ridge Assisted Living in Dodgeville.
She was born on March 19, 1930 in Des Plaines, IL the daughter of Ernest and Martha (Moellenkamp) Grimm. She married Hugh H. Hollembaek in Illinois and he preceded her in death on April 7, 2019.
She is survived by her son Wayne (Nancy) Hollembaek of Mineral Point, 2 grandchildren; Ryan Hollembaek and Michelle Hollembaek both of West Haven, CT; a brother Ernest (Patricia) Grimm of Marengo, IL and relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Susan Hollembaek.
A Celebration of Life for Lorene will be held at a later date.
