Mineral Point - Linda Lou Griffiths, age 72 of Mineral Point passed away peacefully Friday, April 16, 2021. Linda was born on December 1, 1948 - the daughter of Clifford and Norma Jean (Ferrell) Doan.

Linda dedicated her entire life to nursing, with over 45 years of service to the Dodgeville Hospital in many different departments and positions; showing commitment to her patients, family, and community. Linda was a very active member of the Congregational United Church of Christ.

Linda was a loving wife to Gary for 51 years. They raised three children, Ron, Jill, and Sara.

Linda is survived by her husband Gary; her children Ron (Tina) Griffiths of Fort Walton Beach, FL and Sara (Tim) Larson of Barneveld; her grandchildren Madison and Jarrett Griffiths and Hailey and Hunter Larson; her siblings Judy (Bob) Brassington, Sandra Weitzel, Mary Sue (Rod) Radtke and Greg Doan; her sisters-in-law Deborah Griffiths (Rob Holman), Vicki (Denny) Staskal and Sherry Byous (Jeff Trickel). Along with many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

Linda is preceded in death by her daughter, Jill and a brother-in-law, Larry Weitzel.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the CONGREGATIONAL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST in Mineral Point. Pastor Sonny Graves will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. all at the CONGREGATIONAL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST.

The family requests the wearing of masks and social distancing at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Linda's name would be appreciated.
