Mineral Point - Kylie Jo Pilling, age 14, of Mineral Point, WI passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 8, 2016. She was born in Dodgeville, WI on August 21, 2001, the daughter of Trent and Stacy (McCarville) Pilling.

Kylie was currently an 8th grader at Mineral Point Middle School. She was a light that touched everyone she knew. Her laughter was contagious and we all loved her in our own way. She was a blessing that God gave us for a short time. Her belly laughs and sense of humor will never be forgotten. Kylie – Thank you for teaching us about how life is truly to be treasured. Until we meet again my little light……keep shining bright.

Kylie is survived by her loving parents, her big brother Kaleb; her little sister Faith; her grandparents Glen and Diane Pilling, Dennis (Jane) McCarville & Vicki (Jon Cox) McCarville; her great grandmothers Ann Tibbits, Muriel McCarville, & Marcia Peterson; as well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Ss. MARY & PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH in Mineral Point. Fr. Jim Leeser will officiate. Burial will be in the Waldwick Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday, January 11, 2016 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. all at Ss. MARY & PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family.
