Patch Grove / Dodgeville - Kris R. Jones, age 45 of Patch Grove/Dodgeville Wisconsin, passed away after a long illness on October 16, 2015.

Kris was born on January 30, 1970 to Richard and Janet (Matousek) Jones from Patch Grove, Wisconsin.

Kris graduated high school in Patch Grove, Wisconsin.

Kris spent many of his working years as a superintendent for Ryan Inc. of Janesville, Wisconsin. He later moved to Dodgeville, Wisconsin and worked for Quality Liquid Feeds for a few years.
Kris enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.

Kris is survived by his parents, Richard and Janet Jones of Patch Grove, Wisconsin. Shantell Jones (Hrywko), the mother of his four children, Dustin, Logan, Rylee, and Parker Jones of Crystal Lake, Illinois. His sisters, Jeannie (Tom) LaBelle, Holly Keyl-Jones, and Tina (Mac) McNally. His brothers, Todd (Amy) Jones, Tim Jones, and Dan Jones. Kris is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Kris is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Elmer and Ava Matousek, and his paternal grandparents, Art and Margaret (Lull) Neises.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the DODGEVILLE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH in Dodgeville, Wisconsin at 327 North Iowa Street. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service on Saturday at the church.
