Mineral Point - Kerry Richard (aka 'K-May') May, age 46, of Mineral Point passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015 on his favorite holiday, Halloween.

He was born November 23, 1968 the son of Richard and Rosalie (Armstrong) May. He graduated from Mineral Point High School in 1987. He worked for Cummins, Biddick and Lactalis, but mainly at the home farm with his brother and father, which was his most favorite passion. He always enjoyed everything he did, especially going to movies, participating in many tractor and truck pulls, concerts, dances, woodwork projects, working on vehicles and riding his motorcycle. He loved reading.

Kerry is survived by his parents; his brother Kevin (Kris) May; his sister, Katrina (Dan) Goninen; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea May, Jordan May, Haley May, Jay (Jenny) Goninen, Justin (Catie) Goninen, Lyndsay (Greg) Brecka; his great nephews, Hudson Goninen and Grady Brecka; a special cousin, Diane; many other relatives, friends, and neighbors.

His sense of humor will be deeply missed. No matter what challenges came his way, he tried to always do his best to stay upbeat.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Ss. MARY & PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH in Mineral Point. Fr. Jim Leeser will officiate. A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the GORGEN FUNERAL HOME in Mineral Point and on Friday from 10:00 until 10:50 a.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, Kerry requested donations for cancer research in his honor.
