Clarksville, TN - Kenneth Oren Tibbits, 77, of Clarksville, TN, died on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on August 7, 1935 in Mineral Point, Wisconsin to the late David Oren Tibbits and Minnie Rasmussen Tibbits. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Dalen Tibbits and sister, Marilyn June Tibbits.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 6 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Jamie Mandrell officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Mineral Point, WI. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 from 4 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Kenneth was an U.S. Army Veteran. He also worked as an industrial engineer with American Motors for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Forbes Tibbits of Clarksville, TN; son, Mark (Estella) Tibbits of Toledo, OH; daughter, Julie (Scott) Reed of Parker, CO; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 4, 2013 at Graceland Cemetery in Mineral Point.
