Arena – Kathy A. King, age 64, of Arena, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016 at her home.

She was born on February 9, 1952 in Dodgeville, a daughter of Clarence and Joyce (Allen) Grundy. On May 9, 1970, she married Gary King in Dodgeville.

Kathy is survived by her husband Gary; her mother Joyce Grundy; her children Angela (Chad) Mason, Joyce (Clayton) Mason, Crystal King, Daniel (Sunny) King and Gary (Maggie) King; her grandchildren Delilah, Chad & Destiny Mason, Clayton, Max and Jett Mason, Daphne Harrison, Daniel and Kathleen King, Tabitha King; her siblings James Grundy and Karen Jenkins; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father Clarence Grundy and her sister Mary (Roger) Kitsemble.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville. Pastor Wanda King will officiate. Burial will be held in East Side Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 12:30 p.m. until time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
