Mineral Point – Joseph E. Galle, age 68, of Mineral Point, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 10,2024 at Upland Hills NRC / Hospice in Dodgeville.

Joe was born on July 4, 1955, to Nickie J. and Dorothy Galle. He graduated from Mineral Point High School in 1973. Joe worked for the City of Mineral Point for 34 years until the time of his retirement in 2007.
Joe fought a long battle with diabetes and acute renal disease until the time of his death.

Joe is survived by his sister Debbie (Scott) Soper of Mineral Point and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Public Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the GORGEN FUNERAL HOME in Mineral Point.

Private family services will follow with burial in St. Paul's Cemetery in Mineral Point.
