Obituary

Mineral Point - Hunter James Gordon, age 18, of Mineral Point, gained his angel wings on Monday, April 15, 2019. Hunter was born in Dodgeville on November 2, 2000, the son of Kelly U'Ren and Dwayne Gordon.

Hunter attended Mineral Point Schools his entire life and was currently a Senior, prepping for his High School Graduation and awaiting the arrival of a new baby girl that graced Hunter with a new title of "Uncle". Whenever he rolled into a room it was instantly lit up with his red hair, blue eyes and smirkish grin. Without a word, his facial expressions always set the mood. Hunter enjoyed his school friends, music, lazy days with grandpa Dick, Hallmark Christmas movies in July with grandma Sam. He loved his momma, as he was the love of her life.

Hunter is survived by his mother Kelly U'Ren of Mineral Point and father Dwayne Gordon of Dodgeville; his big sister Katelynn Gordon (Wes Ellery) of Mineral Point; his grandparents Richard and Elaine U'Ren of Mineral Point and Dennis and Mary Gordon of Dodgeville; his great-grandfather Homer U'Ren of Mineral Point and great-grandmother Lenore Gordon of Dodgeville. He is further survived by many relatives and friends.

Hunter is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Ted and Melva Dolphin, great-grandmother Betty U'Ren and great-grandfather Harold Gordon.
