Linden – Gerald J. "Gerry" Smith, Jr., age 59, of Linden, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 28, 2015 at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville.
He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 9, 1956 to Gerald and Judith Smith. He enjoyed hunting, playing darts and spending time with his friends and family, especially his granddaughter. For the last four years, she was his pride and joy.
Gerry is survived by his mother, Judith Smith; his daughters, Morgan Smith and Ashley Smith; his granddaughter, Aubryana Wetter; his sisters, Narda (Gary) Mack, Naomi Bitter, Nyoka (Dick) Kasprzak and Naida (Scott) Roscovius; his brother, Bruce (Sue) Smith; his nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed by everyone. Gerry was a great man. He would help out anyone if he could. He was loved by many.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville.
