Madison / Mineral Point - Dellamae Stude, age 81, of Madison and formerly of Mineral Point passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2017 in Madison.

Dellamae was born on February 12, 1936, the daughter of Howard and Elizabeth (Richards) Hildreth. She was united in marriage to Joseph N. Stude in April of 1955 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mineral Point. He preceded her in death in November of 1968. She worked at numerous places, but retired from UW Hospital after 23 years. Dellamae was a quick witted, fun loving person. She was a caretaker for many family members. Her sons and grandchildren were her world.

Dellamae is survived by her two sons Richard (Linda) Stude and Dennis (Louise) Stude both of Madison; her granddaughter Shelby (Zach) Swann; two great grandchildren Maggie and Isabella; her brother Howard (Carla) Hildreth of Madison; her sister Kathy (Bruce) Carl of Oregon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Ss. MARY & PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH in MIneral Point. Fr. Jim Leeser will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:50 a.m. at the church.
