David I. Johanning's Obituary
Dodgeville - David Ivan Johanning, age 70, of Dodgeville, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at his home.
David was born on January 8, 1945 in Dodgeville, a son of Ivan and Florence (Imhoff) Johanning. He earned a degree in Business from Loras College and was a secretary in the U. S. Army in Panama during the Viet Nam War.
He was an insurance adjuster before his retirement.
David was preceded in death by his parents Ivan J. and Florence Johanning.
He is survived by his sisters, Deanna Green, Marlene (John) Kelsey, Linda (Patrick) McNamara and his brother, Kenneth (Carol) Johanning.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at ST. JOSEPH'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Dodgeville. Monsignor Daniel Ganshert will officiate. Burial will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30 until time of Mass on Saturday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in his memory.
