Dale R. Tate's Obituary
Dodgeville – Dale R. Tate, age 84, of Dodgeville, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Upland Hills Nursing & Rehab Center.
He was born on October 16, 1936 in Mankato, MN, a son of the late Walter and Anna (Borth) Tate. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked at an Over the Road Trucker for Schultz Transport. Dale and June wintered in Mesa, AZ for several years.
Dale is survived by his wife June; his four daughters Kim, Koreen, Kay & Kelly.
Per Dale's request, no services will be held.
