Platteville / Dodgeville – Chastity Ann Marie Miller was born sleeping Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 8:37 p.m.

She is survived by her parents, Courtney Ann Groom of Platteville and Aaron James Miller of Dodgeville and her canine brother Floyd.

Grandparents: Jodi & Dion Groom of Platteville, D.J. & Tina Miller of Lone Rock, Charles & Tammy Symons of Dodgeville.

Great Grandparents: Bob & Fern Leighty of Platteville, Blake & Melody Farmer of Dodgeville, Ron & Julie Symons of Dodgeville, Dennis & Debbie Miller of Lone Rock, Tom Lowe of Texas and Dave & Elaine Groom of Tennessee.

Great-Great Grandmother: Alice Gerber of Platteville, also survived by numerous aunts, uncles & cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Angel baby cousin, Devalynn Ann Mutert (2014) and her feline brother Jameson "Jimmy", and numerous other loved ones.

Chastity's family will receive visitors from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2015 with service to follow at 4:00 p.m. at the GORGEN-McGINLEY & AYERS FUNERAL HOME in Dodgeville. Pastor Kelli Fisher will officiate.
