Mineral Point - Alyce B. Rossing, age 78, of Mineral Point passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Manor Care in Platteville.

She was born on October 20, 1934 the daughter of Joseph and Ariel (Janny) Jones. Alyce loved cooking, baking and just being with her family. Her other hobbies were gardening, sewing and different art projects.

Alyce married Herbert Federman and had 5 children; Dick Federman (deceased), John Federman (deceased), DeAnn (Charlie) King, Dave (Jeanne) Federman and Rick (Judy Nicholas) Federman. She later married Robert J. Rossing Jr. and had 2 children Robert J. Rossing III and Scott Evans Rossing, she was blessed with 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Beverly Jones, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, two sons Dick and John Federman, 3 brothers James, Jerry and Robert Jones, 2 sisters Rhea Schutz and Kay Jones.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the GORGEN FUNERAL HOME in Mineral Point.
