Mineral Point / New York - Florence (Flo) J Luvin, age 84, a resident of Mineral Point Care Center, passed away on Sunday February 28, 2010. Flo was born and reared in New York, NY. She also married her husband, the late William J. Luvin, and raised her childern there. She had recently come to Mineral Point to be near her daughter and son-in-law and grandchildren, who live in the area. Flo enjoyed walking, going to the beach, and doting on her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and MaryEllen Foster and her sister, Mildred (Foster) Murray.
Flo is survived by her sister, Irene (Foster) Scheneck of Boston, MA; her children, Deb (Luvin) Lutterman and husband, Brad of Mineral Point, Bill Luvin and wife, Lyn (Thomas) of Panama City Beach, FL, Denise Luvin of Brooklyn, NY, Mary Ellen Luvin of New York, NY; her grandchildren, Joey Biancolli of New York, NY, Kelly (Lutterman) Eisele and husband, John of Madison, Kyle Lutterman of Mineral Point, and Kristen Lutterman of Madison; her great grandchild, Kenzy Eisele.
A private ceremony will be held for the immediate family at Gorgen Funeral Home in Mineral Point.
The family would like to thank the staff at Mineral Point Care Center , for their loving care over the past 3 years.
